Bespoke Training Design

Standard training packages offer an economic way of addressing many training requirements and examples of our own standard courses are given elsewhere on the website. However, we understand that many companies would prefer development activities precisely tailored to their own requirements. Building on the portfolio of courses offered by HCC we are happy to either tailor an existing course or create something to meet your specific needs.

Facilitation

Research shows that staff are most likely to actively support their company's equal opportunities policies where they have been involved in the development of these policies. However, many companies welcome our support to take them through this vital consultation stage. HCC can provide individual facilitators to input knowledge of best practice, stimulate thinking via practical workshops and to provide support to senior management in implementing changes.
